Hotel Policies

Reservations Office is available from Monday to Saturday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM except public holidays. Front Desk Office is always available for your urgent concerns. Kindly reach us at +63908 655 7685.

  • 50% refund (less charges) will be given if you cancel more than 14 days of arrival. No refunds for cancellations 14-0 days prior to arrival and no shows.

  • CHILD POLICY: For kids 6 years and below who do not need an extra bed set up or who will sleep in the same bed as their parents will be free of charge - no breakfast included. If you wish to avail the extra bed set up and complimentary for kids 6 years old and below, there will be a charge of Php 600/night. Children 7 years old and above will be considered as an adult will be charged the extra person rate of Php 1,000/night - breakfast included.
